Pu ‘ohe – Bamboo Trumpet
Pu refers to a horn, trumpet or any wind instrument. 'Ohe is bamboo. The sound of the pu could carry as far as two miles and were used as a form of communication.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please inspect all your bamboo on receipt for any damage. Hawaiian bamboo is very sensitive and we cannot be responsible for cracks that develop due to improper care or storage of your pu. Therefore, we will not accept returns or exchanges of pu 3 days after receiving your order. – Thank you
